2007 Track: (Outdoor) Ran a PSAC championship qualifying time of 15:30.22 in the 5K at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic... Qualified for the PSAC Championships with a fifth place finish in the 5,000 meter event at the Jim Taylor Invitational. Ran a 15:27.12 in his first race at that distance... Was part of the 4x400 relay team that took first place at the Radford Invitational.

2007 Track: (Indoor) At the PSAC Championships, took tenth place in the mile in 4:26.44... Notched a fourth place finish running a 9:01 in the 3,000-meters at the DeShriver Invitational... Ran a PSAC qualifying time of 4:27.70 in the mile at the Penn State Open.

2006 Cross Country: Took 48th at the PSAC Championships... Finished 42 at the Slippery Rock Invitational... Placed 21st at the Bucknell Bison Open.

2006 Track: (Indoor) Placed ninth in the mile at the Susquehanna Open in 4:33.87... Took 14th place in the mile run at the DeShriver Invitational at East Stroudsburg in a time of 4:39.99.
